When prompted, enter your child's student ID number as the "Username" and your child's date of birth as the "Password" (date of birth should be in this format: 2 digit month, 2 digit day, 4 digit year, no dashes. For example, if your child's birth date is July 8, 2008, you would enter 07082008)
